Tuesday July 29Th
I am now officially a crawler! My family friend aunt Stacy came to see me on Monday and she showed me some cool moves to help get me strong enough to crawl. The next thing I knew I was crawling around on Tuesday night at grandma Kathy's house. Great Grandma Mary Ann was so excited she could hardly contain herself. Mom called papa to tell him but I don't think he really believed her. But i showed him as soon as we got home. He sure was proud of me!
Momma and Papa's 5 year anniversary
Look at me, I'm a big girl walking!

A happy family

Whoohoo!

Saturday July 19th
Today was momma and papa's anniversary. We celebrated by going and getting our pictures taken! It was what mommy wanted to do and I'm so cute I love getting my picture taken. I had a great time but papa got a little board. He soon perked up when we went to look for Mariner jerseys and sports stuff. It was a good family day!

Out & About
Sunday July 14Th 2008
I spent the morning with Papa while mommy was out with aunt Jenn teaching people how to swim. Papa and I have such a good time playing together. After mommy got home we took a nap and then headed out to go visit aunt Bonnie and uncle Lloyd. We had fun at their house except I scared their dog Abby when I made my raspberry noise. Then we headed out to pick up Great Grandma Mary Ann to bring to Grandma Kathy's for the week. She is the best day care provider I could ever ask for.
A Day at the Zoo
Saturday July 12Th 2008
Watching an Emu

Eating a Cherry Icee with Malea, auntie Shannon and Momma

Playing an African Drum with Papa

Watching the Elephants eat

Mommy, daddy and I went to the Woodland Park Zoo. We met my friend Malea and her parents Shannon and John there. It was very hot out but we were under the cool shade most of the day. My favorite part was seeing the sleeping brown bear. He was so close I could almost touch him. We also ran into my friend Eliot and his parents Mackenzie and Jake. They were leaving the zoo as we were going in.
A Visit from Family

Bonnie & Lloyd's anniversay party

We celebrated Bonnie and Lloyd's 25th wedding anniversary on one of the hottest days I've ever seen. It got so hot that mommy let me take my dress off! Cousin Katie let me take a little nap on her. The heat and my teething wore me out. It was a great party. I love going to parties and 25 years of marriage is great thing to celebrate!
Time with Great Grandma

I LOVE to practice walking! It is one of my all time favorite things to do. Great Grandma is pretty good at helping me when I tell her I want to walk. Here she is helping me. We even took a step up a stair! Wow, I am a big girl!!!
Great Grandma is also helping me learn how to read...

Malea's 1st birthday

I went to my friend Malea's 1st birthday party. It was very fun. They had a cool swimming pool that I splashed around in. I only wanted to put my hands in though. The water was a bit too cold to put my feet in. As you can see in the group picture, it is not easy getting a group of kids to pose all at the same time. No matter I had fun!
Tulip Festival

Mom took me and Grandma Kathy to the tulip festival this year. While I did enjoy the tulips I was more interested in playing with mommy's hair. Overall I had a good time. It was a perfect day. Not too hot and not too cold. Grandma enjoyed helping me smell the tulips. I would definitely recommend going if you never have.
